Reviewer 010. You are wrong. If you read the agreement (as I did) Dr. Buzard had retired in June 2006. The Board dismissed the complaint because he had already retired and there was no need to move forward...

(Raider) Dr. Buzard was forced to retire... There was a complaint filed against him and the board dismissed it so long as he inactivated his license.

If how the staff treats you is an indication of the service, then I wouldnt go to this Doctor. Unfortunately they were not very professional, not friendly and I made an exit. My experience was not pleasant...
