Its unfortunate that Dr. Forte is such a good doctor, but her staff are INCOMPETENT. I went to Dr. Forte for 6 months, but the last visit was the worst. Even though I had an appointment, I waited 1 and a half hours, only to be brought into the exam room to wait another 45 minutes!! I was so pissed (because this was the third time this happened), I put my clothes on, walked past the receptionist desk, told them I was leaving and never coming back. I didn't even ask for my co-pay back they conveniently charged my credit card the first 5 minutes in the waiting room. I thought $15.00 was a small price to pay to get out of there and never look back. The staff are the rudest I have ever encountered.

For the past two months I have been trying to get my medications through my mail-order service. The Pharmacy has tried repeatedly to contact the office and after I finally got to speak to someone, on hold for at least 10 minutes, they informed me that they DO NO REPLY to faxes by pharmacies. Dr. Forte has been my doctor for 5 years and she is wonderful. It is just that her staff seems to try to hold her down. 3 months ago it took me 75 mintes after my appointment to be called from the waiting room. Then I had to wait another hour to see the doc. she informed me that the office had triple booked her. What a shame.
